use 2 drops on the forehead, cheeks, and chin. Rub gently into skin until absorbed. Use after you have cleaned your face, if you use a toner in your skin care regimen, apply the facial moisturizer after your toner. Leave skin a little damp and then apply oil to seal in moisture. It is best to wash your face with Luke warm water. Never wash with HOT water it dries the skin out and if you have oily skin this is definitely a big No. warm water to wash & rinse.
